Can Hetman Photo Recovery recover photos directly from a digital camera?
Yes, if the camera exposes its internal storage or memory card as a storage device that the operating system can access. Connect the camera to your computer and make sure its storage is detected before starting the scan.

Will recovered photos keep their original file names and folders?
It depends on the recovery method and the condition of the file system. Fast scan can restore original file names and folder locations when the necessary file system records are still available. After formatting or severe file system damage, use Full analysis (searching for any available information). With Content-aware analysis (searching file contents) enabled, the program can also locate images by their file signatures even when the original file names and folder structure can no longer be reconstructed.
